Returns & Exchanges

At STACYC Electric Balance e-Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your new e-bike, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Please note that all returns must include original packaging and all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original box, ensuring the battery is disconnected and all chargers and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
